After receiving invitation email from Youtube. You can click the below link

Step One : Go to MyVideos & Playlists Tab, then select video you want Monetize. See the below picture for clarification. You select any of the videos you like to Monetize with Google AdSense Ads.

Step Two : Tick the small box, it will redirected to next page, where you see two options
Do Not Monetize
Monetize with Ads. (You tick this box). After ticking the Monetize with Ads box. Below things will display. You never tick any of these box. If you tick any of these box. You will not get approval for Youtube Google AdSense Program for that Video. So leave it as it is and finally write something related to your video (details related to that video which you are monetizing) and then click save change. Google Ads will on your Youtube video as well as right hand side of your youtube video screen. Enjoy uploading Video and Enjoy earnings from Google AdSense.

It’s really possible that we could actually make money with Youtube through Google Adsense, but that is primarily good for the beginners and newbies out there. But right now, I’m making money with Youtube through my affiliate links on Clickbank and other programs. It’s the real deal right now.
